  • Orders must be placed before midnight to qualify for next-morning delivery, unless stated otherwise. Deliveries are made every morning between 5:45 AM and 7:30 AM.
  • We strive for timely delivery; however, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes) may occur. We will notify you in such cases.
  • Delivery is limited to specific geographical areas as mentioned on the Platform.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the Products.

  • For fresh items like milk and perishable goods, cancellations must occur before the order’s preparation begins.

Refunds

  • All refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and reflected in the original payment method or account.

Conditions

  • If the customer denies accepting fresh products at the time of delivery due to reasons unrelated to quality, a cancellation fee may apply.
